- 5 x Passport Size (45mm high x 35mm wide). A recent and true likeness, showing full face, with no hat (Quami Topi ok), helmet or sunglasses, although you can wear everyday glasses.

- Passport copy (front page)
- Passport copy (last page)
- UAE Visa copy
- UAE Emirates ID copy
- Trade License (if self employed)/NOC Letter (applicable for employed/salaried individuals and their dependents) (Golden Visa owner head of Family does not require Trade License or Employer NOC)

- Passport copy of the NOC giver in case where NOC letter is given to dependants, in case of under 18 both the Parents passport copy (Employers passport copy not required).
- Birth certificate copy (required for children under 18)
Note : Please make sure 3 clean pages are available in the passport.
Once review is complete you will then receive an email from Faiz e Husaini with the PDF of reviewed Visa form, please print 4 sets. All 4 sets have to be signed in original in blue ink (please refer to the general guidelines for signature requirements for children). You will also receive in the email a time slot to bring the passport, visa forms and above mentioned documents to MSB Private School - Secondary for submission with required payment.
You will be notified for the collection of the Passport from Faiz e Husaini office once visa is stamped.

Initial instructions
Faiz e Husaini has got sharaf for managing the khidmat of the complete process for Indian Nationals who have received Raza via ITS for Ashara Mubaraka 1446 in Karachi, Pakistan. Faiz e Husaini with utmost responsibility manage this and request all Mumineen to support us with full cooperation and patience. Please note we will process the visa, however, the visa issuance at sole discretion on the Pakistani Consulate.
Mumineen falling in all 3 categories below Indian Nationals, Foreign Nationals/ Foreign National with Indian origin and Pakistani Nationals/POC card holders/Visa holders are required to fill the details in the option below for same. Failure to do so will affect the Raza status and waaz pass for Ashara Mubaraka.
